IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the unlikely case of a damaged/faulty item or if you received the wrong item, please email us at info@bastionofmen.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after this period as we are a print on demand shop limited by our vendor requirements. Thanks for the support, you'll probably never have to contact us for this stuff.
REASONS FOR RETURNS:
A change in size or color
Please include a note that states which size or color you need, we will send you the correct size or color. While we are happy to exchange for the new item, no refunds are given for incorrect size or color choices.
You received the wrong item
Please send a photo of the incorrect item to info@bastionshop.com and we will follow it up for you. If the fault is on our part, we will send you the right item 100% free of charge or make a full refund, including shipping.
You received a damaged/faulty item
Quality is our top priority, if you receive damaged or faulty item send us an email to info@bastionshop.com stating your order number and a photo of the faulty or damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order. If the damage or fault is clear, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge or make a full refund, including shipping.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF:
A 'change of mind', because we print on demand & do not hold stock.
The item(s) have been worn or washed.
The item(s) have been altered in any way.
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault.
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
The item(s) were a Final Sale item.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered into the printing process. All Apparel Is Printed To Order.
Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of the Bastion.
